Precision CNC Machining

Sylton Engineering specialises in precision production, CNC milling and turning. Using the latest technology and equipment, we produce high precision components for the Industrial Pump, Mining, Earth-moving and Crane industries. Accuracy and repeatability being key to our customers.

 

An inspection report is produced to verify the accuracy of each component with our fully automated CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) or 3D measuring machine, in our temperature-controlled inspection facility.

 

We use industry-leading software to design and program, Solidworks and Mastercam, yielding high quality, complex machined components.

 

Our 1400m² production facility is situated in Edenvale, Johannesburg.
